John Huisman

John Huisman serves as Chief Operating Officer at Blue Cypress. In this role, he leads operational excellence across Blue Cypress's family of companies while driving AI integration strategies that help mission-driven organizations unlock the value of their data. Prior to Blue Cypress, John spent eight years at Bain & Company, most recently as Associate Partner, where he led strategic initiatives across financial services, private equity, and technology sectors. His work focused on emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, helping organizations navigate digital transformation, optimize operating models, and execute go-to-market strategies. Earlier in his career, John co-founded Radolo, a software consultancy specializing in intuitive, high-impact business applications. He led the company's growth across operations, product delivery, and business development before its successful acquisition in 2018.
