Annual Renewal Requirements 

To maintain your AAiP certification, you must complete the following every 12 months: 

Complete the “What’s New in AI” Courses (Every 6 Months)

Stay aligned with emerging capabilities, tools, and best practices by completing the required What’s New in AI course twice per year. 

Complete Three Elective Hours of AI Learning Annually

Earn three elective hours of continued AI education each year. You may:

  • Take any Sidecar elective course, or

  • Submit outside AI learning for approval 

Maintain an Active Learning Hub Subscription

An active subscription to the Sidecar AI Learning Hub is required to:

  • Access biannual updates
  • Complete required coursework
  • Maintain uninterrupted certification status

To maintain your account, you will either need to renew your individual plan, or maintain access via your team-level subscription through your organization.

If you are unsure whether a course qualifies, you may submit it for review when logging your maintenance hours.
