AI for Association HR & People Operations

Seven progressive courses to help association HR professionals and people leaders make better talent decisions, build mission-driven employee experiences, and lead AI adoption, even with small teams and limited budgets.

Seven Courses. One Capstone. One Clear Path.

Each course is self-paced and designed for busy association professionals.

  • Start with Courses 1 and 2. These two foundation courses cover AI fundamentals for association HR, tool evaluation on nonprofit budgets, and AI-powered recruiting — skills every later course builds on. Complete them first, in order.
  • Then choose your own path. Courses 3 through 6 are designed to stand on their own. Pick the one closest to your daily work and go from there — workforce analytics, employee experience, AI ethics and governance, or learning and development. No specific order required.
  • Finish with Course 7. The final course brings everything together around strategic leadership and organizational transformation. It's most valuable after you've built hands-on experience across the earlier courses.
  • Finish with the Capstone. After completing the series, the Capstone is your certification milestone — a guided project where you apply what you've built to a real HR challenge at your association.
  • Built for busy schedules. Each course is broken into short, focused segments you can complete in 30–45 minute sessions. No need to block out a full day.
  • You'll leave with something concrete. Every course ends with a deliverable you can implement at your association — not just concepts, but something you can bring to your team or present to leadership.

Move from understanding AI fundamentals for association HR to leading organization-wide AI transformation, with something actionable to take back to your team at every step.
