Meet Grace, Our New AI Voice Agent

We built something we're excited about and wanted to share it.

If you visit sidecar.ai now, you'll notice something new: a research preview of our AI voice agent, Grace. You can talk to her about our courses, the AAiP certification, team training, events, pricing, really anything about Sidecar. You talk, she talks back. It's a real conversation.

Why we built her

Between our courses, the podcast, webinars, the newsletter, research, and new tools we're shipping regularly, there's a lot going on at Sidecar. Our sales team is great, but they can't be everywhere at once. Grace gives you a way to explore all of it the moment you're curious, without waiting to schedule time with someone. Want to understand how team pricing works for your org size? Wondering what the AAiP certification actually involves? Just ask her. She's available whenever you are.

But the bigger reason: we wanted to give the association community something to experience. We spend a lot of time talking about what AI can do. Grace is what AI can do. You can try her in 30 seconds and immediately start thinking about what something like this could look like for your own members, a help desk, an onboarding guide, a conference concierge, whatever.

Voice AI has gotten surprisingly good. Not "impressive for a robot" good. Actually useful good. We think every association leader should be playing with this technology and thinking about where it fits.

What you can ask Grace about

She can walk you through our education options for individuals or teams, explain what the AAiP certification involves, talk team pricing based on your org's revenue, point you to upcoming events or free resources, or just help you figure out what makes sense as a next step.

Go talk to her

Head to sidecar.ai and start a conversation. Ask her something weird if you want, she can handle it.

And if it gets you thinking about how voice AI could work for your association, good. That was the whole idea.
